Contract pilot charges are charged as a daily rate plus travel expenses, and can range from $1400-1800 per day depending on the location, duration, and required duties. All crewmember expenses including meals, hotel accommodations, travel, and aircraft supplies will be included on the final invoice if not arranged by the aircraft operator.
